Property Building Maintenance Wales Ltd is fully commited to ensuring the health and safety of our employees, clients, customers, visitors and any other persons who may be affected by our work activities. To assist us in achieving our objectives we have prepared a comprehensive Health and Safety Policy and Procedure Manual, designed to act as a central reference point for all health and safety related matters.

Since 1996 we have partnered with South Wales Safety Consultancy who assist with our duties, providing advice, training and updates on new legislation.

Registered with Construction Line, the company has also gained accreditation to CHAS, having demonstrated compliance and sound management of current health and safety legislation.
